Wait for me at the Old Mill
“Wait for me at the Old Mill” is a personal documentation series on the feelings, events, and relationships of young adulthood, I hope to present the viewer with a gaze into my mind during this period of metamorphosis. Through photographs I showcase my constant battle of accepting the sadness of change and equally learning how to celebrate its beauty. The name, “Wait For Me at the Old Mill,” was inspired by the old lumber mill sitting on the creek of Cascade Canyon in my hometown of Mill Valley. Just as my friends and I would say “Meet me at the old mill,” When I ask my audience this question, it is my invitation for them to join me on a journey through capturing all the memories that are frozen in time just like my childhood at the old mill.
